With a Master's in I/O Psychology, 14+ years of People Ops experience, certifications in Hogan Leadership Assessments and Movement in Practice, and expertise in the creative arts, I craft unique, tailored learning programs to help your organization’s people excel.
14+ years of consulting experience working with and inside organizations of various sizes (from start-ups to Fortune 500) across multiple industries (Tech, Construction, Performing Arts, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Nonprofit, etc.)
