My philosophy - backed by research

When you focus on developing your people, your results will exceed expectations

Research shows that when teams and organizations develop their employees and have a positive work culture, results follow (Forbes, Great Place to Work). Gallup estimates that there is a 23% difference in profits between departments with engaged workforces and those without. A study by Great Place to Work showed that those companies that had the best ratings on organizational culture outperformed other companies in 2020 by 16.5% in the US stock market. In addition, research from Catalyst showed that empathetic leadership is linked to higher levels of employee productivity, innovation, & engagement. Org Empathy Consulting’s programs enable leaders, teams, and organizations to work more effectively together.
