With a Master's in I/O Psychology, over a decade of People Ops experience, certifications in Hogan Leadership Assessments and Movement in Practice, and expertise in creative arts, I craft tailored experiential workshops that transcend the traditional training programs

  • 12+ years of consulting experience working with and inside organizations of various sizes (from start-ups to Fortune 500) across multiple industries (Tech, Construction, Performing Arts, Banking, Pharmaceutical, etc.)

  • 7 years at Google, working on candidate experience, career development programs, attrition programs, customer experience, & more

  • 11+ years of Training/Facilitation Experience across numerous domains (team dev, unbiasing, interviewer training, and more)

  • Certified in Hogan Leadership Assessments, one of the most well-respected assessments for developing leaders

  • Working mixed media artist and board member of HarmonyWerks, a performing arts nonprofit in San Jose, CA

  • Certified Facilitator in Movement in Practice, a program bringing the benefits of movement/dance into real world applications

  • Extensive experience working with and leading international teams and utilizing virtual work tools

  • Masters of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from MNSU-Mankato, including published Thesis “The importance of trust for satisfaction, motivation, and academic performance in student learning groups

  • Society of I/O Psychology, Professional Development Committee Member and Conference Presenter

[Introductory Call] No Obligation 30 minute call where I learn about your needs and goals

[1] Thorough Assessment of your Needs

  • Determine the current state of your culture and norms

  • Uncover the obstacles you are facing regarding your people and how they work together

  • Discuss any previous employee survey results

[2] Develop & Implement Programs Tailored to your Objectives

  • Based on your needs, create an actionable roadmap/plan with clear objectives

  • Implement individual trainings or series of workshops to build out and develop your teams and leaders

  • Set-up long-term engagements such as employee surveys + organizational development

[3] Consistent Communication, Check-ins, & Adjustments

  • Consistent check-in calls throughout the engagement based on your schedule

  • Assessment of success of programs and determination of how to continue developing your people
